the background lines look pretty ragged... and the moon isn't PA styled. I don't think you're allowed a full background, fern got her firefly cyo denied because of that...
I didn't want to submit that, and I don't know how a pa styled moon looks like. ans I did the bg just for fun >.<

Actually rainy, I have a few photoshop brushes wich I use on gimp, dunno why, just put them in and they work XD
