Originating from France, le Boureau has been known throughout centuries and generations to be the most terrorizing demon known to Man. It haunts children and women in the darkest of night, sucking life from their dreams and hearts. It's known to leave them almost lifeless. The story behind le Boureau, the Tormentor, is a sad tale. It starts in the early 13th century about a man, a normal man who fell in love with a complete stranger. This woman eventually led him to his grave. He was tortured, his heart literally ripped from his chest by this 'Black Widow'. Why he haunts children is unknown, however, it is claimed that the 'Black Widow' had give him twins, a boy and a girl, whom he had never seen nor knew of until his death. Another rumor had it that it was the acts of children that caused him to die. Whatever the story might be, we shall never truly know, but whatever did happen now leaves all of France tormented by the rogue demon known as le Boureau. He has returned to seek vengeance and to take what once was stolen from him; his heart.
