PA Terms Of Service

By using our service, you are agreeing to these terms of service. It is important that you understand, agree, and follow our terms of service. If you violate our terms of service, your access to the service may be blocked. You are responsible for knowing the rules of Pet Adoptables (herein referred to as PA) and following those rules. In addition, you are responsible for knowing and following your local laws. Failure to comply with the rules of PA, or your local laws will lead to your account being banned or deleted, and may result in local legal action. If you do not agree with the terms of service, do not access the PA service.

These TOS will be updated from time to time and it is your responsibility to stay up to date with the latest terms.

PA Privacy Policy

PA takes it'ts members privacy very seriously. The information we collecte from our members is used by PA for maintaining your account on PA. PA will not give out your personal information without your approval unless it is to assist law enforcement. PA will give your information to law enforcement when requested or when investigating any illegal activities. PA may give your information when investigating any payment issues or chargebacks.

PA collects the username, password (which is encrypted for security), email, birth date, ip address, and the reason you are joining. We will use your email to send out site updates, but you can turn this feature off. You agree to accept these emails from time to time and consent to allowing us to send you these e-mails. You agree to not report these e-mails as spam.

Site Rules

1. Only one account per user unless you have permission from an Admin to have another account.
2. No sharing of account information. Do not share your password with anyone. PA will never ask for your password in an e-mail!
3. No trading or selling to siblings who reside in the same home. This will cause your account to be flagged as double accounts.
4. You can put PetAdoptables images on your non-adoptable, non-commercial site as long as you make the image link back to PA. The content of PA cannot be used for any commercial uses.
5. Do not make your username, or name your adoptables' names, obscene or inappropriate. This includes sexual content or cuss words, or anything along these lines. If you are found doing this, your pets and your account will be removed immediately.
6. No selling of pets or site currency for real money.
7. All images, ideas, concepts, art, etc on this site are copyright of Pet Adoptables and protected by international copyright laws. Do not use these images in any way without expressed. permission from the owner of Pet Adoptables

Copyright Terms And User Submitted Content

All content of, and on, PA (petadoptables.com) is the sole property of PA. This includes all concepts, customs, CYOs, and any ideas, concepts, or work submitted or created for or used on PA. PA retains all copyright rights associated with any content submitted to PA. This includes any and all derivative works. This includes, but is not limited to, the artwork, written work, ideas, data, suggestions, and concepts associated with any content submitted, uploaded, or created for or used on PA.

This agreement is a binding, non-verbal, non-reversible and exclusive right to the use of any content submitted to or created for PA. We retain the rights to use the content in any way we see fit, and retain the right to modify, publish, transmit, change, edit, or delete said content. We retain all copyright rights to the content used.

PA retains the copyright of the content, ideas, written text, etc. When you submit anything to PA, or create anything for PA, you acknowledge that the content (art, ideas, etc) become the property of PA. In addition, you acknowledge that you are legally able to give these rights to PA, and you take all responsibility if you are not legally able to give these rights to PA. You will take all responsibility for any possible litigation that may arise if you do not have the right to submit said content to PA.

You agree to not post any copyright material to PA and assume all responsibility and liability for the content you submit to PA.

If you have any questions as to your rights regarding Pet Adoptables, it is advisable that you contact a lawyer to discuss your rights.

PA Cash Shop

All site purchases are non-refundable. In addition, purchasing site items does not grant you any special privileges. All members must follow the site rules and this includes PA customers.

We retain the right to change these terms at any time.

Site Glitches And Loss Of Currency, Pets, Etc.

Sometimes sites glitches occur and PA will not be held responsible for any loss of currency, pets, etc which may occur during a site glitch.

Moderation

Moderators and Administrators will moderate all content on the site, this includes the all content on the server.

Banned Member Accounts

When a members account is banned, all of the currency, pets, items, and anything associated with the account is transferred to the administrators of the site. The Administrators will then decide what to do with the banned members items.
